Tasting from 24.09.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright lemon yellow with a drop of green. Delicate nose of nectarine and quince, lemon balm, with a hint of almond cream. Gentle notion on the palate, soft acidity, compact on the palate, somewhat one-dimensional, but remains quite bitter on the finish.
