Tasting from 26.04.2016: Ulrich Sautter & Team

Cherry fruit patinated by the wood, sweet almond, floral undertone. Grippy tannin on the palate, relatively finely textured, still very closed, the palate aromas seem somewhat weak overall. Still to be tasted.
