Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Fine strawberry confit, ripe cherries, a hint of nougat, pleasant herbal spice. Juicy, fresh soft cherry fruit, lively structure, delicate hints of orange on the finish, mineral and persistent, fine food companion.
