Tasting from 27.05.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Stafffler

Brilliant straw yellow. The nose shows slight reduction as well as a meaty-smoky note alongside subtle yeast and citrus. The palate is juicy, with fresh, clear fruit but comes across as a little unbalanced.
