Tasting from 09.09.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear ruby red. Nuances of ripe sour cherries and pickled plums on the nose, a little peppery with a leathery touch on the aftertaste. Good fruit expression on the salty, warming palate, with broad tannins, long finish.
