Pale, bright straw yellow with a silvery touch. On the nose, superficial floral notes of peach blossom and elderberry, with background nuances of ripe Mirabelle plum and bergamot. Luscious on the palate, with delicate citrus notes, a light minerality which gives traction and a persistent, lively finish.
