Bright straw yellow with light golden reflections. Spicy citrus notes on the nose, a touch of sage and bay leaf, hints of Pome fruit. The palate is lively and compact, with a nice freshness and a slightly creamy texture, notes of candied lemon zest and a precise and dry finish.
