Intense, shimmering ruby red. Elegant nose, lots of cherry and plum, with some black pepper and a hint of fresh thyme behind it. Harmonious and juicy on the palate despite 15.5% by volume, fine-grained tannin structure, harmonious acidity, salty, medium-long finish.
