Tasting Notes
The lively aroma of strawberry and ripe cherry flatter this colourful rosé. On the palate, the full flavour is evident with ripe, tart cherry, notes of white pepper and a very welcome phenolic texture that goes so well with the volume of fruit and freshness. The triad of cherry fruit, freshness and concentration characterises this wonderful wine.
More about the tastingVivid strawberry almost has a touch of ripe, red cherry on the nose of this vividly coloured rose. The palate also sports a fuller flavour - championing ripe, red, tart cherry and adding lovely notes of white pepper and a most welcome phenolic texture that sits so well with the volume of fruit and freshness. There is a real echo here: of cherry, of freshness of real concentration. Lovely.
