Tasting from 26.11.2020: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Slightly reductive on the nose. With a little air, aromas of blackberry confit emerge, dried plums and dark baked bread. Rounded at the start on the palate, medium-bodied, dark berry fruit and hints of black pepper, slightly noticeable, persistent tannins, medium length.
