Tasting from 21.11.2019: Gerhild Burkard, Benjamin Herzog, Othmar Kiem, Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Simon Staffler

Medium salmon pink, orange reflections, fine mousse. Attractive bouquet with subtle herbal savouriness, some red berry fruit, delicate vanilla and some roasted aromas. Juicy and elegant with fine structure, creamy texture, balanced and round. Dried fruit notes and savoury on the finish. Versatile.
