Tasting from 29.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach und Ursula Geiger

Perfectly ripe aromas with notes of citrus fruits such as kumquat, notes of stone fruit and ripe citrus fruits, cool herbal savouriness in the background. Carried on the palate by a wonderful harmony of texture and acidity, melon and mandarin notes. Finishes long and mineral with vegetal hints and a salty aftertaste. Can mature.
