Tasting from 03.09.2020: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Aromas of ripe plum, blackberry and raspberry on the nose, with savoury hints of allspice and liquorice. Gentle attack on the palate, very fruity, especially cherry and plum, some cocoa and fine tannins. Lingers quite long on the berry fruit.
