Wild plum, elderberry, black cherry and roasted garrigue herbs on the nose. Delicate, still young tannins show in the middle of the palate with some spiced pepper and tobacco notes also emerging. The juicy acidity helps create a harmoniously structured profile, still very much in its youthfulness. A versatile accompaniment with certain ageing potential.
