Tasting from 14.02.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Ruby red colour with delicate brightening on the rim. A little closed on the nose, some cold smoke, with aeration comes cherry and a hint of blood orange. Spicy on the palate, vivid, slightly drying tannins, vibrant acidity, a warming, medium-long finish.
