Tasting from 02.06.2017: Ulrich Sautter

Complex aroma: dark berry, but also floral and slightly "petroleum"-peppery-slatey terroir-toned. Very subtle wood. Silky attack, a high-resolution palate, albeit with quite opulent alcohol, sufficient acidity support and a homogeneous aroma cover that gives length. Overall medium-bodied, elegant extract.
