Tasting Notes
Clear, medium density ruby colour. Clearly defined nose with notes of sour cherry, some thyme and coriander seeds. Very precise on the attack and on the palate, opens up with fine-meshed tannins, builds well, pithy and firm on the finish, sweet texture in the aftertaste.
