Tasting Notes
Brilliant ruby red colour with a bright, glittering core. Opens with an emphatically savoury, fragrant nose, with flowers and fruit remaining in the background at the beginning, but then becomes magnificent and complex with a little time in the glass. Lots of tannins on the palate, savoury, subtle hints of aniseed and caraway seeds, also violet flavours. Great harmony and density, long.
