Tasting Notes

Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright silver grey with a persistent mousse. On the nose with nuances of citrus fruit, freshly cut grass, then some melon and peach, elegant nutmeg savouriness. Juicy and clear on the palate, well balanced, sweetness and acidity play well together, harmonious.
