Tasting from 28.05.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Scents of rum pot and sour cherry with additional hints of liquorice and cocoa as well as ripe plum. On the palate concentrated dark berry fruit, fine-grained tannin and ripe acidity. Seems slightly bitter in the medium-long finish.
