Medium golden yellow in colour. Caramel on the nose, with yeasty nuances, some green apple, dried apricot and also floral hints. Somewhat effervescent on the palate, with a medium-fine mousse and nuances of dried fruit. Not very persistent, finishes salty. Deg. 8/24 (bh).
