Medium yellow gold with green glints, fine mousse. Delicate brioche notes underlaid with ripe apple, greengage plums, dried lime peel, a hint of jasmine, and white lilacs. On the palate gripping with animating acidity, taut, slightly smoky, chalky minerality. On the finish long fine savoury fresh accents. Wonderful!
