Tasting from 25.11.2016: Peter Moser

Light yellow green colour, silver reflections, fine, persistent mousse. Yellow tropical fruit with a hint of blossom honey, delicate pineapple flavour and a nutty brioche note. Taut, firm texture, white pear fruit, fresh acidity, fine fruit sweetness on the finish, delicate orange note in the aftertaste, a complex food companion.
