Medium golden yellow. Ethereal scent of tarragon, fennel herb, some gooseberry and walnut, delicate smoke and brioche notes. Very fine mousse, vibrant acidity on the rich palate, bone dry, salty-minerality underpinning, long lasting, great finesse. Racy purist style with potential.
