Light golden yellow in colour. A rather subtle nose shows notes of ripe apple, citrus zest and fresh herbs. It's light-footed on the palate with a fine mousse and vivid acidity, with echoes again of those apple notes and some honey. Appropriate length, with sweetish fruit to the fore.
