Tasting Notes

Tasting from 27.11.2015

Bright golden yellow, silver reflections, good mousse. Hints of yellow tropical fruit background with fine toast, ripe apple, some mango, floral nuances in the background, a hint of citrus zest, multi-faceted bouquet. Textured, elegant, focused texture, well-integrated acidity structure, clear minerality, lingers well, a subtle wine at the table, with secure certain ageing potential, hints of orange in the finish.
