Medium yellow, silver reflections, lively mousse. Nuances of yellow pear, a hint of cherries, orange zest, some white apple, underlaid with delicate herbs and spices. Firm, good complexity, subtle fruit expression, fresh acidity, white pear on the finish, good persistency, an uncomplicated, gastronomic style.
