Bright golden yellow. Delicate white flowers, touch of dried apple and peach, underpinned with a biscuity note. Very finely integrated mousse, on the palate fine acidity, discreet minerality, salty touch. Elegantly woven structure with great harmony, light and buoyant on the finish.
