Pale yellow green with silver reflections and a persistent mousse. Smokey underpinned fresh green apple, delicate nutty aromas, a hint of grapefruit residues. Fine fruit sweetness, elegant, delicate notes of orange and honey, charming echo, delicately chalky mineral finish.
