Light salmon pink with copper reflections and a delicate mousse. Preserved red cherry, mandarin zest; fine herbal savouriness underlaid with a little blossom honey. A medium-complexity palate with strawberry fruit and subtle acidity. Offers uncomplicated drinking pleasure.
