Pale yellow-green, with a silver sheen, a fine, delicate mousse. A hint of peach, fresh quince and grapefruit zest, nuances of blossom honey, a touch mineral. Juicy, taut, yellow tropical fruit, a fresh acidity, a salty aftertaste, a lemony-nutty touch, a hint of biscuits on the finish, elegant.
