Medium yellow-gold, delicate mousse. Refreshing savoury nuances, a slight whiff of oxidation, fresh orange zesty notes and notions of freshly cut grass. Solidly soldered together, racy structure, delicate pear nuances, minerality and gentle notions of caramel on the finish, nutty reverberations.
