Medium, bright lemon yellow in colour. White peach and clear apple, Nashi pear and fresh cookie on the nose. There's a fine mousse and creamy, juicy profile on the palate despite the dry texture - it's all carried by a finesse-rich, salty minerality. Good flow on the finish with finely tart grapefruit notes. A straightforward, cool style.
