Bright, silvery golden yellow in colour. Delicate aromas of lemon confit, fresh apple tart and pear, with some white almonds and smoky notes in the background. Straightforward and gripping on the palate, it's puristically dry with a taut acidity and chalky texture. Tense, savoury and tart through to the finish, clear as a bell.
