Light greenish yellow colour. On the nose there is ripe citrus fruit, some stone fruit, discreet nougat and nuances of white flowers. The palate is elegant and pleasantly slender with a fine, creamy mousse, citrus notes, noticeable but ripe acidity and a long finish with a touch of salinity.
