Disgorged 02/2024. Medium white gold colour. Cool apple notes, oak, red berries, grapefruit, light tobacco, some caramel, hazelnuts. Medium-bodied on the palate, ripe apple notes, fine mousse, pastry nuances, vivid but rather mild acidity. Lingers on notes of nut nougat, long and salty, juicy too.
