Tasting Notes
Medium lemon yellow. Aromas of ripe pear, white peach and yellow apple, accompanied by subtle hints of shortbread and almond paste. On the palate, a silky mousse, subtle tart notes of lime zest, nuances of red fruit and pepper on the refreshing, saline-mineral finish. Already a great pleasure to drink with definite ageing potential.
More about the tastingMedium golden yellow with silver reflections and a persistent, fine mousse. Fine nuances of sponge cake and almond cake, candied lime zest and arancini on the nose, with roasted hazelnuts in the background. Complex on the palate with juicy fruit nuances of mango and peach and a firm, supporting acid structure. The mineral-salty finish has some blossom honey in the aftertaste. Shows length and certain ageing potential. (PM).
