Light green yellow in colour, fine mousse. Fine floral aromas, delicate yellow apple fruit, a hint of honeydew melon, nuances of vanilla. Juicy, elegant, fine white pear fruit, refined acidity, mineral saltiness, a hint of lemon on the finish, very good length, fine apple fruit on the aftertaste. It is a rare Champagne jewel.
