Silvery, bright golden yellow. Attractive bouquet of fresh baking, acacia blossom and citrus zests with subtle toasty aromas in the background. Elegantly structured mousse with fine acidity, very juicy and precise. Shows good length with mineral nuances. A hint of almond notes on the back palate.
