Tasting Notes

86
Tasting from 05.05.2006

Strong ruby garnet, delicate watery rim, brighter around the edges. Intense vegetal notes on the nose, delicate green leaves, some menthol, but also floral hints of violets. Fresh on the palate, but also somewhat unripe here, with lemon peel and black tea dominating the aromas. Rather astringent on the finish.
