Tasting from 16.02.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Juicy yellow fruit on the nose, with pear, cantaloupe melon, yellow kiwi, ripe mellow apple, white flowers, and subtle herbal spice. The medium-length palate has a lively mousse, creamy base, and juicy fruit, redolent of ripe apple, pear and lemon, with subtle sweetness, a lovely aperitif, harmoniously refreshing.
