Tasting from 11.04.2022: Peter Moser

Light golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicate floral honey and quince jelly, hints of figs, subtle meadow herbs, multi-faceted bouquet. Leaner style typical of Clarete, some pear and blossom honey, medium complexity, subtle fruit expression on the finish, already very drinkable.
