Tasting Notes
Dark chocolate, Amarena cherry, rum raisin. Also medicinal notes. Dark berries. Bitter herbs. On the palate there is a pithy, slightly greenish tannin with a good chalky-mineral background, medium-bodied aromas, juicy, ending with a certain austerity. Overall a rather forced wine. (Tasted by Dr. Ulrich Sautter).
