Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, faint brightening on rim. Delicate noble wood nuances, a touch of cedar, some liquorice, blackberry fruit, a hint of juniper and graphite. Complex, tight-knit, fresh blackberry fruit, ripe, silky tannins, mineral and long lasting, seems freshly structured and light-footed on the finish, salty on the finish, certain ageing potential.
