Deep dark ruby garnet colour with opaque core and purple reflections, delicate brightening on the rim. Ripe dark berries, nuances of nougat and blackberries, dark cherries. Sweet and sour on the palate, a touch of volatile acidity, chocolatey, somewhat unbalanced, strawberry confit on the finish. .
