The red wine Château Bellefont-Belcier, vintage 2002 from the winery Château Bellefont-Belcier has been rated in 2005 with Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot from the region St. Emilion in France.
Strong ruby garnet, delicate rim brightening, violet, youthful reflections, very intense roasted aromas on the nose, figs, caramel, hints of precious wood, fine floral undertones on the palate, lots of tannins that are still somewhat brittle, medium length, not yet drinkable, should age for some time in the bottle.
