The red wine Château Berliquet, vintage 2001 from the winery Château Berliquet has been rated in 2006 with Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot from the region St. Emilion in France.
Deep color, violet reflections. Strongly marked by wood on the nose, fine cedar notes, a hint of mint, dark berries, distinguished bouquet. Very elegant on the palate, fine extract sweetness, perfectly interwoven tannins, fresh structure, very balanced, great length, a Vin de Garde, now unspectacular, very authentic.
