Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 06.05.2026: Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Roland Graf (Spirits)

Deep dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate watery rim. Delicate notes of cassis, black cherries, a hint of plums, some nougat and tobacco, underlaid with candied orange zest. Juicy, good complexity, fresh acidity, integrated tannins, salty touch on the finish, a hint of bitter chocolate in the aftertaste.
