The red wine La Clape AOC Oros Rouge, vintage 2017 from the winery Château Capitoul has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Syrah, Grenache, Carignan from the region Languedoc-Roussillon in France.
Chocolate, blueberry and sage, also downright menthol undertones. Soft and charming on the palate, yet with fine-grained, mild tannin for all its power, and with a juicy fruit that keeps the alcohol in check. A quite complete, full red, which can also match with Merguez from the grill.
