Tasting Notes
Light yellow-green with silver reflections. Hints of fresh mango, blossom honey and orange zest on the nose, with a touch of guava too. There's medium complexity to the palate with white apple fruit emerging, backed by a rather subtle acidity. A mineral touch emerges on the finish, with fruit sweetness in the aftertaste. Already easy to drink.
More about the tastingLight yellow-green, silver reflexes. Behavioural, delicate fresh meadow herbs, a hint of grapefruit, delicate vegetal savouriness. Seems slender on the palate, again grapefruit, racy acidity, salty terroir touch, medium length.
